Retail Agency Special Project

Savills has been appointed advisor to the owner, “TALIMA VENTURE Inc”, as regards letting of retail units of Athens Metro Mall Shopping Centre (21,500 sq.m.) in Aghios Dimitrios, Athens.

Client brief:

Part of the team of advisors working on lay-out and technical aspects

Responsibility for commercialization and letting of 83 units.  Duties involved:

• Setting out the most efficient lay-out
• Coordination between the international team of concept design architects and the team of local architects responsible for transposing the concept to the local building and planning regulations and practices
• Optimization of the tenancy strategies
• Negotiations with a large number of potential tenants in line with the proposed tenancy schedule
• Preparation of Heads of Terms with selected tenants for 83 shop units
• Tenant liaison and legal support
